Charlotte Airport Chick-Fil-A located at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 next to Gates A and B in the Airport is a high volume store. Food is freshly made as there is so much turnover in product. Employees were very friendly and upbeat. No wonder their line is always long!! I invite you to follow me. I’m a Musician/Music Producer who travels the World and has almost 30 Million views to my Reviews/photos.

Highly recommended! The line looks scary and long, but the service is actually really quick! I started at the back of the line with about 16+ people in front of me, and ended at the cashier within 10 minutes. Food and quality is really great, tastes fresh and delicious and overall a yummy meal. Definitely a highlight was the service, everyone was super friendly and patient and made the experience so much better. I'd recommend if you have more than 30 minutes to kill, then make sure to go here as you'd want to take your time and enjoy the food!

Natasha and Denise made our day by being super friendly and personable. They greeted us warmly and wished us well as we left. This was easily the best customer service we have ever received at an airport.
